Shared space has been undermanaged for decades.
Shared-use facilities — commissary kitchens, makerspaces, studios, cold storage — run on text bookings, paper invoices, and the honor system. Equipment activates for free. Off-peak hours sit empty. Off-hours members come and go uncounted. Every corner of the building leaks revenue.
We built coconnect from inside nine operating BC facilities to solve our own problem first. Patented hardware enforces what the contract promised. Software handles the work an on-site manager used to do. The result is a building that earns every dollar it could earn — and an operator who actually has time to grow the business.
Two organizations stand behind the platform. Community Connect is the technology — the hardware, the software, the network. Commissary Connect is the operator and training arm — the playbooks, the curriculum, the live-site experience that makes new operators successful from day one.
